Our department is the first department to be established within the Faculty of Engineering of Çankırı Karatekin University, and it has been at the forefront of the Departments of Chemical Engineering in Turkey with both the number and quality of its faculty members and the laboratory facilities that contribute greatly to the teaching. Our department; to train engineers with professional competence, who can use technology and knowledge effectively, who are responsible and self-confident; Adopting the benefit of society as a principle, it has made it its duty to carry out research at international level, to transfer its knowledge to the society and to serve. In addition, "R&D and Innovation" and "Chemical Engineering Societies" operate to support professional and social development. Our department continues applied education with its modern laboratories. In addition, our students who want to engage in extracurricular activities can use these laboratories with our instructors; They can also be used for assignments, projects and research. In addition, our department supports students` participation in international education projects such as ERASMUS. Our department provides formal education and there is no tuition fee. The education model is face-to-face and distance education model. Face-to-face and applied courses are held in the classrooms and laboratories located in our faculty building.
