An information meeting about addiction of Yeşilay Çankırı Branch will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 11:30 in classroom Z04. We expect the participation of our department students.

The "Addiction" and "Approach to the Addict" trainings planned to be given to adults are aimed at informing individuals about the addiction process, raising awareness about the types of addictions such as cigarettes, alcohol, substances and behavioral addictions, and the characteristics of addictive substances. At the same time, by providing information on how a person can be understood as addicted, the role of family members in addiction, the society`s approach to addicted individuals and how our attitudes towards them should be, it is aimed to inform the society about the kind of counseling model we follow in the treatment of addicted individuals as YEDAM.
