About the Event
To ensure that Chemical Engineering students gain awareness about the contribution of the experiences they gained in TÜBİTAK 2209-A/2209-B and similar undergraduate research projects to their academic and professional careers; To show how project experience can be used effectively in CV, postgraduate education, R&D career and job interviews.
Content and Details
At the event, competencies such as research, problem solving, experiment design, data analysis, scientific writing, team work and time management that students gain through undergraduate research projects will be discussed. How 2209 project experience can be transferred to CV and LinkedIn profile, how project experience can be explained with the STAR approach in job interviews, and how projects can contribute to graduation studies, congresses, publications, graduate education and R&D careers will be evaluated through examples. Additionally, a short exercise will be held for students to express their own project experiences in a career-oriented manner.
