Withdrawal/Termination of Enrollment and Certificate of No Obstacle to Lateral Transfer Procedures
Students who will terminate their enrollment for any reason must first submit a “Withdrawal/Termination of Enrollment Application” via UBYS.
Students who wish to terminate their enrollment voluntarily must, after initiating the process, apply in person to the Registrar’s Office with a wet-signed petition.
Students who wish to transfer to another institution must initiate the “No Obstacle to Transfer Process” via UBYS.
